Healthy Lifestyle Blueprint Live Events

There has to be a reason most of our health resolutions fail and people give up on their New Year’s resolutions by February. We stop short from achieving our optimum health goals because most “get healthy” plans are focused on dieting—counting calories and limiting our options. This adds more steps into our already crazy schedules, making it difficult to sustain.

What’s worse, most diet plans have a catch! They only work as long as you use their products. No tools to keep you motivated, no systems to help you stay on track. They likely won’t address addictive properties of certain foods. Once you stop, you are back to square one!

If you are reading this, chances are you have already tried many diet plans without success, or stopped your gluten-free lifestyle because it made eating too complicated.

How is the Healthy Lifestyle Blueprint Live Event different?

chef with silver bowlFirst of all, there are no products to buy, no calories to count, and the focus is on the abundance and unlimited options of foods that are not only healthy, but also delicious and inexpensive. I’ll show you how to eliminate foods that are addictive and inflammatory, and replace them with healthier and inexpensive options.

I believe that food is a natural medicine!  While we may be prone to certain genetic predispositions, we also have complete control over the outcome of our genetic makeup. With our food choices, we turn on or switch off these genetic outcomes. This is the science of Nutrigenetics.

Nutrigenetics aims to understand how the genetic makeup of an individual coordinates the response to diet—your body will process and react differently to the pancakes you had earlier for breakfast, the sandwich, chips, and soda you had for lunch, and the handful of nuts and the slice of fruit you will have later as a snack.

Most importantly, Nutrigenetics states that genetics alone do not determine your future health and well-being—your genes are not the sole cause of your Multiple Sclerosis or autoimmune disease, or even cancer. Nutrigenetics studies the interplay between nutrition and your own genetics as an individual, and determines what information you are sending to your genes.

The second piece of this science is…

Nutrigenomics, which is the influence of nutrients and dietary ingredients plate of broccoli on gene expression, the activator of our gene’s mechanisms. Food is information to our cells and genomes.

Your future health is determined by the interaction between your genetics and your environment, including your nutrition, your medications, and the like. Therefore every bite, every sip, and every pill you take communicates directly to your genes.

Our ancestors used food as medicine, and in many cases, as a slow killing poison. How are you using food today?

If we follow nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics, we have the option to either provide our body, that temple of our soul, with beneficial information, or self destructive signals. What’s your choice?

I was diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver. I went on to what I thought were healthy diets, tried to change my habits, but it was hard. I’m not a drinker, I don’t smoke, or do any drugs, but now looking back it was my eating habits that might as well have killed me!
With the full support of my husband and the guidance of Chef V I was off on my health care journey. When first started “dieting” on my own I was 230 pounds. In one year I got down to 206 (24 pounds lost). I started in Feb 2014 at 206 with Chef V and today (April 11, 2014) I weigh 188. That’s 18 pounds lost in 2 months!
My liver is on its way to healing! I feel amazing and better than ever!
If I can do it, so can you! I highly recommend Chef V. He had answers to my questions & concerns, incorporated amazing recipes into my diet, and he tailored my eating plan to my lifestyle. This was very helpful because I’m a working mom & don’t always have the time, but he showed me how to. His program made all the difference in my health. I still have a ways to go, but I now have the tools that I need to succeed and I will.
Thanks Chef V-
