A Gluten, Soy, and corn-Free Thanksgiving Feast

as Thanksgiving approaches, I want you to enjoy your gathering with family and friends with an exceptionally delicious meal that’s not only traditional “with a twist”, but also gluten free. Guaranteed your family will not tell the difference.

I realize that for many of you, cooking the holiday meals is part of the celebration and the spirit of the holidays. And for some, is just a burden trying to please everyone, especially when not everyone is gluten free.

To help you ease the stress, I have planned a cooking class during which we will make a complete holiday meal that you can enjoy with your family and please everyone!

Workshop date:  Saturday, November 16th
Time:  1:30 – 4:30
Location: Location will be emailed to attendees at a later date.

Cost: $100.00 per person

Here is the menu:

  • Roasted Pitman farms free range Turkey with Grape molasses and caramelized apples sauce (Dairy-Free)
  • Sage-brown-butter sweet potato gratin (Dairy)
  • Warm Buckwheat salad with fresh baby spinach, candied chestnuts, fresh pomegranates, and fresh herbs (Dairy-Free)
  • Green beans Almandine (Dairy- Free)
  • Cranberry orange sauce (Dairy Free)
  • GF Pumpkin pie with pecan crust (Dairy)
